Based on the recent information of COVID-19, and with the health and safety of conference attendees in mind, the Conference Management Team has decided to hold ICPHM 2020 completely on-line, and cancel the on-site PHM meeting in June 2020. We will be holding a virtual conference for presentations for all accepted papers. Authors with accepted papers must still register for the conference, but now at a reduced $450 registration rate (use discount code: PNMDR2020) . All accepted and remotely presented papers will be considered for publication and inclusion in the IEEE Xplore digital library. Authors who are not able to register or remotely present their papers in this year need to withdraw their papers, but can re-submit their work for next year's conference with a fast review process. Next year's ICPHM is being planned to take place in the same facility in Detroit in early June in 2021.
